Chiropractic Services and VA Benefits

All qualified Veterans are eligible for Chiropractic services as part of the standard Medical Benefits Package. Like many specialties, VA chiropractic services require a referral from a VA primary care or specialty provider. We're proud to be one of the preferred providers of Chiropractic services through the Veterans Administration.

How to Apply for Chiropractic Care Through the VA

1. To book an appointment with a local Primary Care Provider through the VA, please contact the VA Hampton Medical Center at (757) 722-9961 ext. 3235 or 4792. Alternatively, you can visit https://www.myhealth.va.gov.

2. Once your appointment is finished, your Primary Care will request approval from the VA.

3. Inform your Primary Care that Dr. David N. Block's office, located at 1108 Madison Plaza, Chesapeake VA 23320, is a VA Community Care Network-approved provider. Ph: (757) 436-5428 or fax at (757) 436-5325.

4. While waiting for authorization, you can contact the VA and your Primary Care for status updates and to expedite the process. Don't hesitate to reach out to them.

5. We will reach out to you to schedule an appointment with one of our doctors as soon as we receive authorization.
